NO values in 0FIGL_V31
Hi everyone,
Iam new to BI , Iam able to get values in 0FIGL_V30 and 0FIGL_C30 of 0FIGL_M30 Multiprovider . But iam not getting any values in 0FIGL_V31. Can you please help me on this issue. What could possibly gone wrong.?

Extracting Hierarchy node values
Greetings,
I am looking for an F/M or ABAP code that would allow me to extract the contents of a hierachy node.
I have a Characteristic - 0GL_ACCOUNT that has hierarchies and I need to be able to extract the contents of a node/sub node in that hierarchy.
The extraction of the contents will help drive a Z delete program to clean up previously loaded data in a datasource.

DEBIT -Total debit postings
CREDIT- Total credit postings
Also what will be the design for GL20 DSO, as Business content does not have standard DSO. Can I keep all

Inventory Dataload without downtime
Dear All,
We are planning to do Inventory data load in BI PRD system, I have gone through some documents related to this all those document says we need to lock users before loading data and it will take around 60 hrs to load data, as my company is FMCG regular transactions will be happening daily, if we take a downtime for 2 days surly it will affect business. Is there any other way that we can load data without locking users by giving posting date or document number for 2LIS_03_BF & 2LIS_03_UM datasource.

Hi All,
I have two infoobjects.
ZEXAM_ID
ZCOMMENT
From ZEXAM_ID to ZCOMMENT there is one to one (1 to 1) relationship. What i want to do is from the datasource map comment field is to ZCOMMENT infoobject (text load). Because of this i made ZEXAM_ID a Navigation attribute so i can get it a the Key in my ZCOMMENT text transformation.
But i'm unable to see it. How do i get ZEXAM_ID as the key in the transformation? Am i doing it wrong?

these fields are not coming from any tables, extractor does some calculation based on certain logic to populate values in these fields.
also please let me know how to debug Standard Extractor in SAP, So that if nothing works out, i can get logic of mentioned fields by debugging code of extractor.

Bex "Characterstic Restriction" changes log/Transport number
Anyone had an idea, if how can we find the transport number for the change done to the "Characterstic Restictions", a field is added long back and I want to findout which transport had made this change, by bringing this field into the filter.

0HR_PY_1 Base tables
Dear Experts,
I have searched in scn and other sites aswell, some says extractor read data from payroll cluster PCL2, not from standard tables.
some says 0HR_PY_1 will fetch the data from pa0003,T512T T500T tables mainly.
when i checked with RSA3 fields and PCL2 Cluste table , Fields are not matching .
can any clarify which are the base tables for 0HR_PY_1 OR is there any Standard Extractor on PCL2 Table.

Program error: ASSIGN with length 0 in program "SAPLRSDMDSP04".
Dear Experts.
Today i got production issues while changing the PSA data getting ABAP run time error and provisionally (1 moth back) i changed same PSA data in PRD. i checked all data source what ever i am using all data source same problem and getting Program error: ASSIGN with length 0 in program "SAPLRSDMDSP04".
if i changed on the PSA record its happen. have you aware of this error and please help.

Changing Time characteristics master data => BRAIN (670) error
Hello BW-gurus,
We are facing a problem on our productive BW 7.3 system.
The default master data setting (Master data/texts tab) for time characteristics (e.g. 0CALMONTH) is:
- Master data access: Own implementation
- Name of Master Data Read Class: CL_RSMD_RS_0CALMONTH
This means that all master data and texts are returned by this ABAP class, instead of using the values found in the master data tables.
One of our requirements is to change the default 0CALMONTH text format from MM.YYYY to YYYY.MM ;
To achieve this, we:
- Created text tables for 0CALMONTH by checking the box 'With texts'.
- Changed the Master Data Access from 'Own implementation' to 'Default'. This will make the system use the master data and text tables.
- Filled the text tables with the desired format YYYY.MM
So far so good, so let's test this solution:
- Executing a BEx query in Analysis / Analyzer (without filters/prompts) returns the 0CALMONTH text in its new format YYYY.MM.
- Putting a BEx filter on 0CALMONTH (For example restricting for 1 month) returns data.
- Putting a BEx input variable filter (prompt) on 0CALMONTH throws the following error in Analysis whenever we try to access the 0CALMONTH list of values or execute the query with values entered in the prompt:

I'm facing a big time trouble here when trying to transport a PSADELETE Variant in a RSPC.
I get this error in the log for the transport request:
