BW Administration Cockpit - Selection issue in iview

After installing busines package 'BP BW ADMINISTRATION 3.0' and activating required technical content etc..

whenever I try to modify the object selections ,I get an error saying  :

"The Entered Value Is Not in the List of Valid Values"

This occurs under the following nodes:

   BI Application Statistics -> BI Application Selection -> Web Templates / Workbooks

   BI Application Object Statistics -> BI Application Object Selection -> Queries / Query Views / Planning Functions ....

   InfoProvider Statistics -> InfoProvider Type Selection

i have implemented the note:1463442 but did not solve the problem.

we are in BW 7.3 SP3

Please let me know on how to fix this?
