SID issue when Bex Query is executed

Hi,

I am getting the following error when running a BEX query in analyzer.:

SID 34 for characteristic Zxxxxxx could not be converted CL_RSDM_READ_MASTER_DATA->_SIDVAL_DIRECT_READ2

Program error in class SAPMSSY1 method : UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION

this query is based out of 0InfoObject MD and Zxxxxxxx is one of the attributes of 0InfoObject.

I have tried RSRV--> ran combined test for MD, all tests are green, but error is still there., adjusted the data base tables in se14 too...

Please help me out. The query is in QA and we are planning to move to prod after this--but cant because of this issue.
