Data Source Transport Error

Hello,

I have activated a 3.5 data source in Development and migrated to 7.X data source. While  import the 7.0 data source into quality system i am getting the following error.

InfoSource 0RT_PA_TRAN_CONTROL is not available in source system BWQCLNT010

Error when activating DataSource 0RT_PA_TRAN_CONTROL BWQCLNT010

Message no. RSO404

Please let me know if miss anything.
