Changing Hierarchy structure to rearrange nodes

Hi Team,

   I want to rearrange nodes of an active existing hierarchy in BW. Can anybody tell me if hierarchy structure can be changed and text/char node can be removed from one node and attached to other node (Including its leaves)?
