Errors in source system - RSM340

Hi Friends,

We are facing an issue after the upgrade of the SAP system. A BW master data datasource fails with following message 'Errors in Source System - RSM340'

Issue is only with one datasource, all other datasource executed and extracted data fine.

I tried following things

1. Replication & activation of datasource
2. Creation of new infopackage and tried extraction
3. PSA table is empty
4. RSA3 execution was ok in the SAP system
5. Manual execution of infopackage failed
6. Data source Extraction Jobs in SAP Source system was successful
7. No IDOC errors for inbound and outbound data transfer
8. No errors in st22 sm21 sm58 bd87
9. Tried manual activation of datasource in production on the BW Side
10. re-transported datasource on the SAP side

Nothing seems to work. few others on sdn has reported the problem, but final solution has not been posted. any help would be greatly appreciated.
