Delete PSA record before loading the data to PSA

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to delete the PSA record before loading the data to same PSA.

I have saw many blogs but in that they put as older than some Xdays but for me before loading we need to delete the data from PSA and need to load the data.

Could you please help me out.
