implication on data in PBW after changes

Hello All,

I have   got a requirement where i need to  remove the navigational attributes and replace by  charecterstics, in two cubes 

but how does this effect when we move objects to PBW.  in which data is allready getting loaded we are waiting for transport to be done,

Could you please help me in this,
