I have a problem while creating my very first BW query. So this is hopefully an easy question for all of you. But I haven't been able to find a solution yet.
The task is to retrieve the number of new customers for a given date. There is an InfoProvider for it with an appropriate key figure.
When setting a filter to the creation date I get the number of new customers for this date. This is working well.
When adding for example the gender attribute as a row to the query I get the number of new female and male customers. This is working well.
But now I want to use the country attribute instead of the gender attribute in the query. When testing the query the number of new customers is set for the country value "# Not assigned" instead of showing the number of new customers for each country.
What's the reason for it? Is it a matter of the query or of the data?
The InfoProvider uses two key characteristics. One is business partner. If I use the business partner as row in the query and add its country attribute the query returns all the new customers with their correct countries. So the right data could be there. But why is the query not displaying all the countries when using the country attribute directly?
Any hints? What am I doing wrong?
