How can execute SE38 program with ALEREMOTE as my user ID dont have auth

Hi Friends,

I have provided details steps for my issue in attachment.

I tried to execute program in SE38 by providing input but I don't have authorization for same  but  we can execute same with background user id  'ALEREMOTE' . If any one have Idea, Could you please share steps for same.

I tried same steps in development but same issue coming there also.

I know, I need to contact for Basis for same but without needing that we can do above as I seen once in the past and this is not regular activity.

So I want to do with ALEREMOTE.
