I have a problem with a chain that doesn’t start as scheduled after an interruption due to some data errors.
Trying to remove those errors I executed the chain manually, in the beginning again with errors, then successfully, after having solved all the problems.
Afterward I removed all red and yellow status (I suppose), process chain status, alert (BWCCMS), traffic light (red or yellow), status in process log table (RSPCPROCESSLOG) and in request table (RSBKREQUEST) and so on, and now all looks ok.
If I execute that chain manually it works fine, but automatically the chain doesn’t start as scheduled.
Could someone help me to solve this problem?
There is something else I have to do?
I will appreciate any input.
Thanks
Flavio
