SAP BI Power/Super User role

Hi

I am a BI guy new to security,My requirement is to create role/s for a SAP BI Power User who can

1) Execute all the reports published in a role (Z* - Developed by BI Team))and

2) Create his or her own reports (Y*)

I achieved the above to in the role one specific requirement i am struggling is he should be able to publish Y* to a separate role not to a role in which Z* reports will be published...

For better understanding .....a power user will be assigned with 2 reporting roles one role is to publish all the Z* reports and one role is to publish y* reports....

He can access reports in FIRST ROLE (Z*) but can't publish anything to it...but he can publish reports (Y*) reports to the second role

Can you please give me inputs how to achieve this
