F4 performance on master data on selection screen

Hello Gurus,

I have a query that has a master data(0EMPLOYEE) on selection screen. I want to know what are the ways to improve the performance of F4 on master data selection.

I can see Query Def. Filter Value property of 0EMPLOYEE is set to " Only Values in InfoProvider". Can this be changed to improve the performance ?
