Full DTP Vs Delta DTP - which one to use

Hi All,

Here is my scenario:

I am loading the inventory data from ECC to BW 7.3, first to PSA and from PSA to Infocube.

Here is the flow of events:

     1. Full update IP1 - data for FY2013 (setup table was already filled with required data) to PSA

     2. Full update IP2 - data for FY2014 to PSA

     3. Full update IP3 - data for FY2015 (Jan, Feb, March) to PSA

     4. Init w/o data transfer (to set the delta in ECC) - no data

     5. Full DTP1 run to get the data for 2013 into infocube (used filter)

     6. Full DTP2 run to get the data for 2014 and 2015 (jan,feb, march) into infocube.

So all historical data is in the cube.

     7. Delta update IP4 - delta data from 1April 2015 till date to PSA

Now my requirement/ question is- here onwards I want to get only delta records (received through delta info package) from PSA to infocube. Now I can not use full DTP as it will try to get all data from PSA (and I don't want to set filter all the time to extract the data using full DTP).

My question is - can I run delta DTP directly to get the last request / delta from PSA to infocube? Will it bring all the records including full and delta from PAS?

Please advise.
