Failed to activate cube

Hi,

When we're trying to display data in cube, it's always running and dont list any data if "use db aggregation" is checked.

All process are holding on "CL_SQL_STATEMENT" class with "CALL 'C_DB_FUNCTION'.

Also, when we're trying to activate cube directly or by 'RSDG_CUBE_ACTIVATE' program, we  get the error below.

I have checked note below but it did not change the result.

1962274 - ICUB/MPRO/HYBR: Column view cannot be activated following deletion of characteristic

System : BW 7.40 SP7 HANABPC 801 SP3

Any help will be appreciated.
