I am facing errors in process chains since this saturday, they are taking time in processing and getting struck in the middle even after processing the idocs the step remains yellow where as the overall status is green. Most of the times error shown is that processing is overdue. Is this due to memory issues because I have tried to rectify it by manually processing the idocs still the next step is not triggered. To cross check weather data is coming from source system I manually loaded the data into the infocube that is working fine for me but process chains are failing . Also the frequency of Idocs error has increased manifold since last 3 days before that there were no errors for last 2 month, Do i need to work with Basis team for this issue and will restarting the system solve my purpose.
