Setting Up Operation Modes

I have a question with the Setting Up Operation Modes.

what is the best practice or way to sizing for the work process in the  day or night modes?

We have 150 work process DIA and 50 Work process BAT. --> Day Mode.

We have 140 work process DIA and 60 Work process BAT. --> Night Mode.

There are one recomendation or process to sizing.
