Initial settings of Inventory extraction

Hi Gurus,

Standard datasource 2lis_03_BF is already active & running deltas in the production, however its feeding other targets & not the standard 0IC_C03 inventory cube.

But the initial settings to be maintained for the inventory datasources in r/3, like determining industry sector, assigning process key in Tcode BF11 & transaction key maintenance are not done in the R/3 production. But we want to move & use the standard inventory infocube.

So now my doubt is that if I want to move the standard settings to the production, will it take effect like that only or will I have to stop the v3 update jobs & reinitialize the deltas for the datasources 2LIS_03_BX & BF.
