Data missing in cube

Hi Gurus,

I have a transaction in source system as below. I can see the same transaction in psa as well.

transactiontype  amount  units

1001                   20          1

When seen in the target(a cube) I don't find this transaction. The transformation has a start and end routine where in start routine the transaction types 1003,1011,1004,1005 are deleted and in the dtp there is a filter which filters some more transaction types like 1007,1009.

Here the flow is psa-->infosource-->infocube.

Can anybody throw some light on this.
