"ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource"

Hi Experts,

I am getting the error "ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource" while running process chain at DTP step, that DTP step having 865 data packets, i informed to BASIS team to look in to this issue they informed me dead lock removed, and i repaired at same DTP step and again failed that chain saying same error..

please advice me what action i need to take.
