How to stop Process chains permanently

Dear Friends,

Few process chains (including Meta and Local) are running on daily basis in BW- PRD. For some reasons my client wants to stop all these PC permanently. Planning to load the data manually whenevr is required.

I executed "remove from schedule" option for al the Meta chains. it stopped running for the next day but again started from day2.

So i tried to reschedule all the chains to 2016 in the start process. Aftr job, Aftr event, Periodic values are maintained empty.

But still PC are running... 

Pls help me with....What could be the reason..? How to stop thes PC which is running  daily..?
