Our Company is using both Windows and Mac OS based Laptops.
We have Bex Reporting used by both set of users. However there is an issue with Mac OS.
When We run the BI Report in Firefox or Safari in Macbook, it Opens normal. But when the users Export it to Excel and open the Excel sheet, Excel doesnt open normally. It opens with XML format and users cannot view the numbers.
Users have latest version of Microsoft Excel in their Macbooks.
To solve this we found one solution with Broadcasting. When we broadcast, select Excel 2000 format in "General Precalculation". Mac Users are able to open the excel from the broadcast.
Can you please let me know how to solve this.
