SAP BW Upgrade from 3.5 to 7.3

Hi Guys,

We are planning to do a technical and functional upgrade from 3.5 to 7.3.

First, Do we need to first upgrade the authoriztions from 3.5 to the new concept of analysis authoriztions in 7.0 before doing an upgrade to 7.3?

Second, Is there a migration toll available to migrate authorizations from 3.5 to 7.0 or 7.3?
