Data loading from BW Infocube to Qlikview server

Hi Experts,

We are doing some house keeping activities in BW system, Total data loading time for Infocube 0SD_C03 is 1hr 15min for drop index and create index it is taking 1hr, since 2008 data loading is happening into cube but there no rollup and compression performed yet now we are planing to compress old requests from infocube so that we can optimize drop and create index time, after compression data move from F fact table to E fact table then how Qlikview fetch data from BW  for this they need to change the source table name in Qlikview or it runs as it is ?
