How to combine two InfoObjects into a new one

Hi all,

The InfoObject 0EMPLOYEE gets it's data from our ERP system. We created another InfoObject Z_EXTERN with 0EMPLOYEE as template to enter the data of non-employees manually. We want to plan the workload of both with BW-IP. So we have to use one combined InfoObject with the content of both InfoObjects in the InfoCube, as far as I know. Any manual new entry in the Z_EXTERN InfoObject should be available for planning purposes immediatly after entering it.

I hope the problem is clear. Is there a way to achieve this?
