sap bi portal - push button not visiable to some users

Hi All,

In our SAP BI Portal,we created one extra Push button in the report to show "variable entry screen" for change the variable input once the report is excuted. The problem is,few user are able to see the new push button and few users are not.

1)we cleared the PCD cache and IE cache too

2)For the same users those are not able to see the new push button, then can see the push button with our user name in the same machines.

Please guide us to solve the issue
