Project and Request creation for data source extractor

sap gurus,

To activate the 2LIS_01_S001 (all steps are giving with screen shots in attached file)

SBIW

selected the 2LIS_01_S001 data source

select section

press activate data source

pop windows ask for the request

press new request icon (no request was created in the ecc system)

next pop windows asking the desc for request and Project

Project is not available and needs to be created. Could you please send me the t-code and steps to create it.
