Double Records in Infocube

Hi All,

we have infocube called Internal Orders ( ZABC) , which is  getting data from  3

datasources  0CO_OM_OPA_1 ( cost and allocations) and 0CO_OM_OPA_7 ( commitment Line Items ) and 0CO_OM_OPA_6( Actual Costs Line items).

We have 3 infopackages that is for past year (-01) , current year (00) and future (+01) year on each datasources 0CO_OM_OPA_1  and  0CO_OM_OPA_7 ,we load everyday full loads with data selections by using Fiscal year / period with help of  OLAP variables.

We do have “Delete overlap request” in process chain , because of  fiscal year change (Our Financial year end on 31th of July ) process chain is not deleted  overlap request from cube . I can see double records in infocube.

My doubt is how system stores the  data , unstill last month 31^st    past year -01( 2013) ,present  00(2014) and future +01 (2015)  and from 1^st of august awards -01( 2014) is past ,00(2015) is present and +01( 2016) is future .

Is this underneath of 2014 past , that also contain year 2013, 2012,2011 and so on ??

I can see  in Infocube request IDs on 31/07/14 ( 2013 past )  as well as 07/08/14 request ID ( 2014 past)

Shell I go and deleted   Request ID on 31/07/14 , to remove double records from Infocube?
