Data sources in Rsa5 ending up with reject Icon

Hello Experts,

         we are facing a strange issue in BW version 7.4, where the data sources in transaction RSA5 are ending up with reject icon. We are completely un aware why this data sources suddenly end up with reject icon. Please find the attached screen shot which shows the issue. Please help us to resolve the issue.
