Table - Transformation

Hi SDN,

I have data target A ( from object X, Y ...  --> A)  which is been updated from many source and from Object A --> ( from A -->  B,C ..) is update to many target. Now i need to know how many transformation for object A .. ( as source and as well Target )

Please suggest .
