Migrated start routine form BW 3.x could not be changed in 7.31

Hello,

we made an upgrade from BW 7.0 to 7.31 (SP11).

Now, I wanted to change a coding in a start routine, that was migrated from BW 3.x to BW 7.0.

I go into the transformation with change, say 'change startroutine'.

Here I find the coding perform routine_9998....

When I go into this coding and press the edit-button, the system asks for an access key. Normaly, this coding can be changed directly.

Is this new in 7.31 or what can this be??
