We have a typical scenario in our system where a during a data load we have a lookup of another DSO to populate some of the fields. This DSO is being looked up in many transformations.
Now the problem is many time data load of onea of the DSO starts before the data load completion of the DSO which is being looked up. But we can't change the time of the data load for looked up DSO because of dependency on other data loads.
Hence we have scheduled a self load for new DSO to populate the fields coming from the lookup DSO everyday.
However, I was thinking this should not be the best way to avoid such scenario. Has any one any other ideas for this kind of scenarios?
