Hi,
I would like to broadcast a link to a query in an e-mail.
The query should be filtered according to the recipients analysis authorization value for the sales group.
In addition an e-mail should only be sent when the exception in the query (monthly sales volume less than 10 000) is true FOR THAT SALES GROUP.
Example:
The sales data for March 2014 have just been loaded and the results are:
| Sales Group | Monthly Sales Volume |
| A | 12 000 |
| B | 9 000 |
| C | 20 000 |
| D | 5 000 |
Only the heads of sales group B and D will receive an email in March.
The head of sales group B will only see the data for sales group B.
The head of sales group D will only see the data for sales group D.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
