Best Routine in transformation for this case

Hi All,

Need to write a routine in transformation for the below case. Need your inputs

DSO is both source and target (Staging to consolidated)

SRC-DSO

Fields

1      true

2     false

3      true

4      false

5      false

TRGRT- DSO

Fields

C  --?

The value in  Field C should be that it should get the values from SRC-DSO from field A but only when it has value "False" corresponding to Field B.

Simply, if B = false then the corresponding value in A should populate in field C in TRGT DSO. Else it will be blank.

Also please suggest which routine is best  -Field level /Start/End. ???
