Dear experts:
After I move a data field to become key field in DSO, I am not able to activate the request. The request button disabled and was displayed in grey.
I tried to move the newly added key field back to data fields, the 'Start' button still display in grey.
Please advise.
Setting of my DSO:
The 'Start' button to activate requests was disabled.
